Mitesh Kishor Mehta - B.Com. (Hons), F.C.A., FAFP, CAIIB , Ind-AS (by ICAI), DISA (ongoing), CFE (ongoing)

Mitesh Kishor Mehta is a commerce graduate with fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA); He is very sound in the field of Accounts, Finance and Investigation. Before starting the Chartered firm he was in service for more than 8 years associated with Fortune 500 companies in the field of Banking, Consultancy and manufacturing company. He has successfully completed FAFP (Forensic Audit & Fraud Prevention) and Ind-AS Certification course formulated by ICAI in 2015 & 2017 respectively. He is pursuing CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) course formulated by ACFE (USA) and GST workshop organized by ICAI.
He has handled financial modeling, credit analysis, Audit, Forensic reviews, Investigations, stock audits and Outsourcing activities during his professional career as briefed below:

  • • Leading the team to conduct various investigations / internal audits
  • • Formulate and run different tests to evaluate & establish frauds. Using tools like forensic data analysis, evidence recovery, background checks, public domain searches,       market intelligence etc.
  • • Screening proposals, conducting feasibility studies, determine financial viabilities, conducting risk ratings and actively participate in sanctioning committees
  • • Successfully executed Stock Audits, Forensic Audits & Due-diligence Audit allotted by Public Sector Banks.
  • • Income Tax matters like filing of returns, handling Scrutiny, Assessment, Notices etc.
  • • Service Tax matters like obtaining registration with the department, filing of returns, Notices and handling department audits and enquiries etc.
  • • Finalisation and Presentation of Financial Statements as per applicable accounting standards including segment reporting and cash flow both stand-alone & consolidated.
  • • Preparation and review of Management Report, Accounting Policies, Notes to Accounts, and other Financial disclosures including Public Disclosures.

    She is commerce graduate and qualified CA in 2010 in her first attempt. She has worked with a reputed legal & broking firm in Direct Taxation for more about 5 years. She has appeared and settled several Income Tax and Service Tax Hearings. She has been now associated full time with firm since past 2 years. She has proved a dynamic and knowledgeable resource of our team.

    Bhavisha Mehta - B.com (H), CA (Inter)

    She is a commerce graduate and a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant. She is a dedicated and a hardworking full time employer of the firm. She has knowledge in ROC compliance and has been part of several internal audits conducted by firm. She also handles the Income Tax matters related to Individual Incomes. She also looks after investment portfolios of few clients and keeping a good track with secondary markets like NSE and BSE.

    Atul Mehta - FCA, B.com (H), DISA (ICAI), CAAT

    He is a practicing Chartered Accountant since two decades. He is having a vast knowledge in various compliance / statutory audits. He has extended a good association with our firm. He has assisted and reviewed many of the firm's assignments. He has an expertise in Taxation matters & Company Law matter. Trustworthy association with him has helped our firm in taking big challenges in past. He has varied experience in serving MNC clients. Mr. Mehta has proved a true mentor and support to the firm at the critical times.

    Subhadeep Majumder - B.Com

    He is a qualified commerce graduate with hands on knowledge in MS office and Accounting Packages. He has conducted various on site stock verifications. He also handles accounting entry jobs and GST form filling.

    Besides above, firm is also having two trainee staff at execution level of various audits and accounting assignments.
